Why? by Larry John
I was at the Supermarket yesterday and in front of me in line I saw a Dad and his son. His son was about 3 years old. The boy would ask a question like “What is that?” and the Dad would explain. Then the boy would ask another question and the Dad would explain. For example… the boy asked, “Why is that balloon so big?” To which the Dad responded, “There’s a lot of air in it.” To which the boy would respond, “Why?” And then the Dad would say, “Because that’s what makes it float.” To which the boy would say, “Why?” And the conversation went on and on from question to answer and always followed by a “Why Daddy?” Maybe the reason we progress and learn so fast when young is more about… asking questions, getting answers and then asking WHY? Think about it.
